Order Processing

We hand-pack every order with care. Most ship within 2–3 business days, though holidays and special launches may take a little longer.

Once an order is placed, we’re not always able to make edits — but if you need help, email us at info@floodyoga.com with as many details as possible. Our small team answers messages Monday–Friday and we’ll always do our best to assist.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
A flat-rate fee applies to smaller orders.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via carrier-calculated rates.

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your label is created. Please note: tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.

After an order leaves our hands, its journey is in the care of the carrier. While we wish we could walk it to your doorstep, we unfortunately can’t replace packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered.

International Orders

At this time, FloodedWith is only shipping within the United States. If you’re traveling to Seattle, we’d love for you to visit us in Ballard at Flood Yoga—our headquarters and home for candles, incense, and community.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope your FloodedWith ritual pieces bring light and calm to your days. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it so.

Please contact us at info@floodyoga.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.
If you received a damaged or defective item, reach out within 48 hours with photos and a description so we can help quickly.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for sending your item back. Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: discontinued scents, limited-edition/vault releases, and gift cards.

Every FloodedWith product is poured by hand in small batches. We stand by the care we put into each piece and appreciate your understanding as a boutique brand.
